Providing eBay with receipt for higher selling limits?

This is for a legit account that got suspended for 30 days back in June. Suspension ended July 1st and when I got my account back, everything was fine except for the selling limit. I wanted it back to $5,000 like before, and when I called and asked this, they asked me to send in: ID, bank/credit card statement, and receipt(s) of what I want to sell. So I sent all that in to them (I was super late getting around to it though) and I got an e-mail back saying everything was too blurry, try again. I took even longer to re-send/fax my stuff to them, but I finally did. Just got an e-mail back saying they received everything but the receipt (even though I included it) so I'll have to fax that once again.

The receipt is for an item valued at $2,200. If they raise my limits, will I HAVE TO just sell that item I showed them on the receipt? Or can I go sell something else? (Probably won't be similar) And how would they know?

I repeated a couple of things that I've mentioned before...However this is a different question

For a specific question like this you are better calling in. If they raise your limit, I can't imagine them doing it just for one item, and then bringing it back down. Typically they will raise your limit if they feel like you qualify for it to be raised, and then they will leave it.

It's pretty unclear on their part how this works but you're right..I don't think they'd raise it just for one item then bring it down. So maybe they'll keep them? :P Last time I called was when I got my account re-instated and asked to have my limits restored back to $5,000 monthly. Their response was just to send them documents. We'll see what happens
