Can ebay read your CC # from paypal?

Can ebay read your CC # from paypal?

I made this thread before and it vanished!

If I used a virtual CC# to make an ebay account, then that account gets NARU, then I put that on a paypal account (I've not used the CC# on paypal before and the paypal account is not linked) to pay ebay fees on another account --- would ebay be able to read the CC# I used and compare it to NARU'd accounts?

I looked really hard and it wasn't there. I just looked again and didn't see it.

Also the post that vanished was even better than this.

By the way people ask repetive questions all the time and they get answered.
