Okay, I was suspended, but the account wasn't closed out?
 

Just slightly confused here...

I was told by the office of the president that my appeal was not accepted and that I have an indefinite suspension (this happened weeks ago - nothing to do with my stealth accounts but my real account). However, they never removed my listings that were on the account. When I try to list, it just says:

Attention Sellers:
Attention!
We've noticed some activity on your account, and we need your help in verifying some information. We're sorry for this inconvenience, but while we're working things out with you, you'll have limited access to list new items on eBay.

Please proceed to your my eBay and follow the steps outlined in the email we sent you. Thanks for your attention to this matter!


Will this error message, MAYBE, SOMEDAY, go away? Or is there any way to call eBay again and try to appeal still?

There are DIFFERENT types of suspensions out here for different situations.

It depends on what violations you violated under EB ToS so far as they are concerned ???

If they have sent you an email with the steps outlined, maybe if you proceeded with those, you will be able to answer your own question ???

I have. three times. to no avail. and now I got hit with the complete restriction just now for not paying my fees (definitely not paying fees when I'm restricted). And I'm definitely not paying a $1500 bill from them.

Ok, you sold items, made money. Now that you are restricted you fell like you don't need to pay your Fees?

Also note, if this was an Account in your Real Name, Address they will eventually have collectors calling you and harassing you.

Sometimes if there is a restriction for fees, this type of message comes on what is actually a dead account.
