Ok something weird just happened....
 

There was this item i use to sell it was vero but wasnt exposed as a vero item yet but since the item was very defective i stopped selling them....

One of the customers sent me a message asking me for an exchange a month later after i stopped selling them.... i was selling 2 colors and they both got.

VERO, trademark violations and a host of other violations can still be issued after the listing ends.

A listing is still "active" in the system for 90 days after it ends (fairly sure its 90).

thank you didn't know they check that..... also how do i respond to the buyer? when i want to respond it warns me which kind of scares me...

You are attempting to communicate about an invalid item.

I want to write keep the item i will send you a new one with tracking number.

If you have to contact the buyer, email him off ebay.

How do i find his email?

The Paypal account you received the payment on will show the buyer's Paypal email address.

Email him to keep the item, refund him in full and learn from the experience

I am using a merchant account..... I will just message them telling them i will send them another one.

Listings can be removed in RETROACTION and a violation applied as such - 90 days is correct.
