so far thanks for your help getting on track now have a smile account and entro vcc and have made vcc as payment option on ebay and set up my paypal bank withdraw smile account.

but have the following issue in order for me to list an item ebay are asking for the following a or b

A )Link your verified PayPal account to your eBay account
If you're already PayPal Verified, just link your PayPal account to your eBay account.

B )Provide your bank account information (recommended)
Use our quick, easy process to securely provide us with your bank account information.

a -sight issue cant verify my paypal as they require me to "Review and Submit Direct Debit Details" ie dd mandate form . which is using a random name for paypal but dont want to submit this if it goes to bank then next step is Set up bank funding. This proves that you control the bank account and it helps to protect you and the PayPal network. so dont think this is correct

or B

if i go for b it asks to share my banking details with paypal. ideally i would like to keep everything detached is this ok to do? would still mean my pp is limited so cant really withdraw much

So you're pp isnt verified?

to get verified have to do the following
Add Bank Account - done
Submit Direct Debit Agreement
Confirm bank account

step 2 and 3 look a little dodgy . step 2 needs me to fill out a dd mandate form.. will they send this to the bank ? it looks like it will .. as im using a random name dont want the bank to reject is and get an odd call.

So long as the bank account is suitable for stealth the bank wont reject the mandate even if it is in a different name.
