I have an account from o5 with 860 feedback. It had unlimited selling. I had a buy-it-now listing selling scrap chicken wire. I made 3 sales for $6 each. I did not check my account for about a month and by the time I did the buyers had already left negative feedback and low dsr ratings. I got that account restricted because of that stupid mistake I made. It has been over 12 months now. Is there any way I can ever sell on that account again?

Has anybody ever had any luck getting ebay to reinstate an account for low dsrs?

Did you bother to take care of the restriction?

The restriction was for low dsr ratings. What was there to 'take care' of? The buyers got their money back if that is what you are asking.

I called them up after it happened and they just told me that it was not reversible. I was hoping that after a year the dsr ratings would drop off and everything would reset itself.

All I am asking is if anybody has ever been able to plea with the reps on the phone? Do they have the power to enable my account or would I be wasting my time trying to talk to them again?

you can always give it a shot, try an see what they say. they either will listen or they wont. end off

Was the account fully suspended? Or only selling limited? Usually low DSR's automatically drop off after 12 months, so you should be able to sell again after 12 months. 3 negatives definitely wouldn't suspend the account forever.
