do eBay and/or Paypal check the name on a bank account
I have been suspended once.
When I got back on, I registered my new Paypal account, I gave them a new prepaid credit card in my new alias' name; they also asked for a bank account which is a new account, but, in MY name. I had learned this was ok as eBay don't check the details like names on accounts, they merely verify the account with two small payments. This took place and so far, so good. There is a debit card attached to this bank account, too, which I have also been able to use for payments without problems.
My question: IF I make a Paypal payment with a direct-from-bank account transfer (as opposed to paying by the credit or debit card), will eBay's request be refused by my bank b/c Paypal will be presenting the bank with my alias's name, and/or will Paypal learn the real name of the account?
