I think that these ebay women are just calling you. Why don`t you keep a log and see if you can establish some sort of pattern?
Especialy since no one else is having this happen to them.

I had it happen on the last account I made, which was 2 weeks ago. a pin# call and a human call. It was because I didn't bother to age it.
