So yes loophole 13 items has nothing to do with why they banned me.

Lets get it straight no one actually banned me. It was idiotic ebay bit system which banned my account.

The rep on eBay was literally stumbling on her own words. She did not know with what answer to come up with.

I wish I recorded this conversation. She was as confused as I was to why would my account would be suspended.

I asked her so are you saying that I am not allowed to buy too many items on eBay? She did not know what to say, I wouldn't know either.

Reps are the front line, they are a bit more versatile than their idiotic bots.

In the end was the issue resolved? Are you back to being allowed to buy? I don't see how you could lose this one.

What DOES flag your account is probably selling immediately after you became seller.

Too many so called feedbacks is just their EXCUSE!

How else are they going to tell you why they suspended your account ?

Not true i always age my accounts for 30 days and when my accounts are one month old I turn them to seller account and list risky items the same day. Nothing happens, I have done this for over 100 accounts without buying any feeback

I think everyone is going round in circles.......... I don't anyone can point their finger on exactly why stanislav account was suspended.

With EB you can do certain things one way and get away with it and do it the same way on another account and not get away with it.

But all that needs doing is making sure you don't stand out doing things that would make EB suspicious. But I can see this going round in circles...........:peace:

My account was 3 years old! Please read carefully!

I know it was but with no activity so they will treat it like a new sellers account ...... I am sure you know this already.

I am not saying what you've done is wrong, I am just saying that no one can point their finger on exactly why you've been suspend .... Its all like maybe this or maybe that....:peace:

3 years old with NO ACTIVITY equals new, unknown & most certainly not on a trust scale.

Do note, you have not said if your paypal was verified or if the account had any activity.

Simply you said the account was made in 2009.

I used it.

ebay killed it.

On the mark?

This is exactly my point! Others who said that the reason eBay banned me was because I bought too many items within 24 hour period were wrong.

Having verified Paypal account is not the reason why I was banned either.

The rep finally came up with an excuse that I got too many feedbacks within 24 hours. What a joke! But the real reason was probably because of the prolonged inactivity.

I guess when you have no activity for 3 years or even one year or maybe 6 month and you become an active seller and all of the sudden you begin to list right away then eBay's stupid bots think that your account was hijacked (compromised) by someone else.
Once the management team reviews your account and sees too many feedbacks (for example) they consider you as a threat to their company and shut you down.

I have also noticed that if you tell your rep the wrong birthday for example, they will usually pretend like you haven't made any mistake and will ask you for additional details.

I am pretty sure that every wrong answer is flagged by the rep but since eBay doesn't want us to figure out what is what they tell their employees not to disclose or hint about possible loopholes.

Same thing goes for PayPal. How many innocent people were given the most ridiculous excuses and the run around for months in order to get their money released.

I am not even talking about account reinstatement. eBay policy is that they simply do not care any more about new sellers. They have had just about enough. They don't need any more. In fact I think in not so distant future they will make it almost impossible for anyone to become a new seller.

Just wait and see. So all of you people who think I am making a big fuss about nothing because your accounts are in good standing right now will be all pissed off just like I am.

The thing that frustrates me the most is that I had to verify my identity today TWICE.

EVERYTHING matters on these platforms. Fight back - you may get asked for ID but whatever, push. You bought too many small items TOO QUICKLY...I have bought cheap sh*t items before - never 13 in 24 hours...maybe 13 over 7 days. Be wise about it.

I would fight back but the green woman wont help :)

Aint ebay that is clueless.

Bottom line is TRUST. If ebay perceives no trust, no account might survive.

:peace:

'Einstein' ...LOL This is funny when read the first time. This made my Sunday morning! :bounce:

I hope you have better luck next time stanislav.

Hahaha! I hope so too!

stanislav 10-14-2012 02:34 AM

If I was 'Einstein' I would have owned eBay :)

stanislav 10-14-2012 05:15 AM

Do you remember what I said in my previous long post where I was addressing the issue about ebay, the fact that they don't care about new sellers and that they in fact don't need anymore and how they are completely going to eliminate all new sellers? Well here you go ladies and gentleman ...

Here is your proof!
