Starting from scratch check out what im doing
 

OK first of all. I have been reading a lot on this site. A ton of great information.

Here is what I gather I am gonna do and hopefully I can get steered in the right direction. Ok first off I got my acct permanently suspended.

1. I have a computer that I just reformatted and never used. I think I will make this my ebay only computer and just use it for checking emails and listing items for my new acct.

2. I also have access to cheap wireless air card. So I think I will connect it to that to completely eliminate any IP issues.

Now to Creating the account

Should I

A. Create a new acct under a buddies name

or

B. Start a new one with my name just a new email and such.

If I go with B. do I need to create a new bank account so I can create a new paypal. (Should I even use Paypal maybe go to another pay service)

I have a PO box I can use for a new address. So that is not an issue.

If I go with A. my buddies name. Can I link it with a new paypal that I create under my name. Or like before just go with a new pay service.

Let me know what you guys think I will greatly appreciate it.

It seems you have some basics down, but you're only half way there.

YOu can use your name, but everything else has to be different.

You'll most likely need to setup an account with Paypal. Link your eBay and Paypal accounts together as well. For banking, WaMu is easy to setup and use with Paypal. Use Simon.com giftaccount for your credit card.

P.O. Box will work, but do more research on it in the forums. There are some plus and minus about it.

Do I also have to create a new bank acct for paypal. And just use the Debt card that comes from it.
