can i make a new paypal a/c with same info?

hi, this is my first post here
i have search around the forum but still got sth not so sure.
first, i am from Hong Kong and using the US ebay that my account and pp banned. :(
what i am not sure is that can i make a new paypal account with a new credit card that with same info(name/address) as the one banned?
i want to confirm it, thanks in advance

The answer is absolutely no.

But it is alot more than that. I really recommend that you get the stealth guide and actually study it because there's a lot more things involved to creating a good account.

To start again and beat ebay/paypal means you must use everything new.

You must learn to never link old suspended info to new stealth info.
