Concerns with Step 3.
 

Will a new PayPal account with a family member (same last name, new address (PO BOX) link my new stealth account to my old suspended eBay account? I've been reading the stealth guide over and over, and want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

My second question is: Would eBay flag an account that changes the PayPal e-mail account associated with it prior to PayPal asking for an SSN.

Ultimately Id just like to sell on eBay again, so I hope the first choice is an option.

I've done the same thing many times. You gotta make sure you use a different ck acct and card to verify PayPal. I've tried to use a savings acct with the same routing number as the checking on a similar acct, the pc said you cannot use this acct on this PayPal acct.
Bank of America is a big bank and they allow opening of a ck and savings online with just 25.00, in each. They will also give you a free ATM card,so u can withdraw your cash,asit builds in PayPal.

Lisa: Thanks for your response, can you clarify which question your answering. Changing the PayPal account on eBay, or a new bank account and savings account for new paypal accounts?

The reason of course for changing paypal accounts is once they ask for an SSN I wouldnt be able to provide one, and would want a backup account to change to and continue selling.

It sounds like I should be able to do both.

Granted that there are exceptions sidebetz, but still on the large part why risk old info when so much new info is able to be done so easily?

No it will not link your account because you have a different name and address. What you need is a new phone number, IP, Bank account number, Credit card then the one previously used.

No you can add multiple email address's but do not add one that has been used before. When created a paypal account you should create a new email account and if you do not want to keep logging into the new email account then you can forward the emails to your main account but do not click on any links from the email messages.
