HELP!! MC049 Registration Suspension Continuously : Helpless

I read all the details of eBay Stealth and still being suspended just in 2 hours of account registration..

1) I've my personal laptop with new user for ebay account

2) Dynamic IP address data card

3) New Window user so new cookies and new flash cookies.

4) Used different address and contact no, bank details etc

5) Linked same paypal account with different email address

I'm suspended withing 2 hours of registration.. I still can't figure out the exact detail why my accounts being suspended

I suspect that I listed the product which I listed before in the suspended account, its not risky item no trade mark breaks etc { Just domain name }

I'm was helpless has eBay introduced new ways to track users other than flash cookies and IP addresses??

I'm wondering why this is happening

When you say "I used the same PayPal", do you mean that you used it for eBay fees or for receiving payments?

Its my mistake of being used same PayPal with different email address.

Suggest me this--

Can close the existing paypal account and start new one with the same details??

Hope this also gets suspended --

Or I should try with new name address etc ??

When you close PayPal, it doesn't mean they will discard all your info.
It is better to make a new one with new info.

New info is best always
