Probably has something to do with the fact you're using a VPN.

Default Yeah!

If your account is new and you jumped in to selling alot of items quickly then they will stop you. Thats what happen to me a long time ago.

You are suppose to start slow.

As much as we dont want to thats why you have multiple accounts to sell a little at a time on each account.

However, do not sell anything for like the first week after creating a new ebay.

Default Yeah!

That is alot of items if its your first time selling anything on that account.

Should have started small then go up little by little each week.

Ebay wants to see if you can deliver those first few items first to see if u are following direction and if the buyer is satisfied with the product.

As youu stated youu have zero feedback & new. You have to work your way up. Especially if your selling alot of the same product.

I usually start selling 3 items and ship quick as possible (2-3 day shipping) since new accounts wont get their money til couple days or week after item made it to their house.

When you first joined we tried to tell you about this being difficult to do.

Selling too much

Using VPN.

You can not risk listing too much and using a system that ebay/paypal detect & do not like.

What matters is being new

Not being known so not being trusted by ebay or paypal.

Many accounts have these troubles at the start.

Default Yes!

It could be other reasons but it looks like you did the same mistake I did a long time ago.

For example, when youu first created your ebay account and all your information was legit you didnt just sell right away after creating your ebay. You took your time and searched the items that youu were selling on ebay to get an idea of the price to sale it and the category to place your item on and also what to write for the description.

Ebay see's all that so when youu create a new ebay and start selling 2 minutes after what would youu expect of them to think of you?

They will think that there's no way you could be a new user because of how quick you did everything which a new user would not know how to do especially that quick.

Listing 20 items that quick is also dangerous because your new and have zero feedback. they dont think you can handle selling 20 items and that makes youu look very suspect.

Forget the VPN - if you're doing business, go for your own dedicated VPS if you need US IP. Not that expensive these days.

Don't buy any account across your border.
You will end up wasting your money.

EB doesn't like you registered in one place and access to your account from a half of the globe. This is the reason people want to use VPN or VPS to hide their real locations, but EB will eventually be able to see exactly where you are and kick you out.

Very few here say that.

It is the 1st rule aspkin ever taught me.

Make a new user account on my computer AND always keep cookies.

Cookies are part of how ebay/paypal can identify an account.

Very important.

I think you misunderstood the whole idea of cleaning your cookies.

You should clean your cookies when you create a new account in order not to link to any accounts you had before.

Clearing cookies afterwards will surely cause troubles as GreenBean indicated.
