Default Will this raise my limits?

I just found an old stealth account I had created about 10 months ago. So, I changed my IP, and Windows session, and logged into it. It has a feedback of 5, and limits of 10/1000.

So, I'm looking around to find some items to post, so I put up 10 separate baseball card auctions, starting at $100 ea. nobody will pay that, but my purpose is to max out my limits so they will raise them next month.

Do you think that may do it?

They need to be successful sales... and if you just leave them running until the next month, they will just carry over into the next month's limits rather than going back to 0. So doing this wouldn't benefit you at all

I would be happy you've not got any notices of suspicious activity on the account.....

Account dormant for a long period.

Change of info.

Listing by way of auction baseball cards at an inflated price.

For some accounts that is enough to get a message to prove ID.

Heed Elijah's advice too. Raised limits are based on successful sales.

Find some popular brand name models of various items on amazon and compare with ebay.

Find ones that are cheaper on amazon and sell them on ebay.

When they sell, turn around and buy it on amazon and ship it to your customer.

This will get your limits removed quickly.

This is assuming the money that is coming in to you is not frozen for too long of a period.

If that is the case, then you just sell a couple small priced items, until Ebay trusts you and then once they stop doing the freeze game, start esclllating and doing higher dollar items.

I have done a lot of this (but not selling it on ebay, but rather directly on my website and then buying on ebay and amazon to ship to customer).
