Seller Attacking my listings as Vero - Please Help....
 

Hi Guys, There is another seller reporting all my listings as VERO but I have all the purchase receipts from the official company to prove that its 100% authentic. Does anyone have the email address for which I can contact Ebay to prove that my item are real. Plus the seller is also sending allot of threatening emails too to deter me away from selling similar products as him. Please help....Thank you guys =)

Contact live help on eBay and tell them that the email is sent to your eBay inbox.

You can do an initial call.

You should use the contact us now link. I am sure you will be given the choice of sending an email or telephoning them.

Are you posting pictures of the item with the receipt? It gets frustrating when competitors flag or buy your merchandise and never pay.

Calling them is your best bet, and also continuing to call them until the problem is solved. Revenge is not a good option. It will only come back to haunt you.

Be organized.

Get all your info regarding the account together first. (P/W questions etc).

Have any paperwork from the veRo company, including receipts. Have at least one listing to hand.
Call them. Explain calmly as you explained to us. Ask the staff person their name.
Be polite and firm with your request.
