Faxed in info. with my registered info but asks for something else
 

If anyone know anything about this, please post your thoughts and comments. Recently, I faxed in my reinstatement form and info. proving my identity then I received an email saying that the account name does not match the faxed info. So let say the registered account is under "Darren Lee" meaning the credit card info is also of that however they sent me an ebay email stating that it isnt and that the documents faxed should contain the name of "Patricia Tom" but I searched and searched and that is not the registered name. "Patricia Tom" is under another ebay account with totally different addresses which was suspended but have no relations to because I stated that I don't know this account. So my question is there a way to check and make sure what the registered ebay name and address is since I am sure it is under "Darren Lee" but they claim it isnt and I even checked by trying to pay my seller account and seeing what the name and address it's under and it is "Darren Lee". I'm just scared that they are trying to trick me into sending documents that will prove that Darren Lee does know Patricia Tom. I hope I explained it correctly, any advice and thoughts are appreciated. Thanks!

I don't like the idea of having to send a photocopy of my ID to ebay. That is a bit too weird. I would rather just use the stealth book than have Ebay knowing all my info.

They already know. They got you linked. Did you by chance use the same credit card number on both accounts?
