MC019 better understanding
 

During my whole Ebay seller experience MC019 has been a constant nightmare, I have read lots of threads about it. In my case I always receive the same message where third parties or agencies are not mentioned, don't know if it is a competitor or Ebay bots.I sell vero items(many competitors as well without issues), I had the chance to chat with Ebay staff member and just told me that my item could represent a risk to the ebay community even when I could provide a reliable proof of purchase and I have sold the item for more than 3 months with 100% (410)positive feedbacks and my account in great standing. I tried to sell the same item in an alternative account I sold a few and got hit again by MC019, completely different pictures, wording, description, everything, still don't get it. The strange thing is that I have sold many of them in new accounts without any issues but my good established accounts have been hit. Would be great to get a better understanding about MC019 because sincerely is driving my crazy

I would suggest that selling vero items will always carry the risk of suspension. I think you have 2 choices, live with it or sell other products.

I understand what you mean, VERO items are riskier than other items and soon or later the accounts are hit, however I can see many sellers that can manage this risk(probably not willing to share the info) and manage to delay the hit, of course eventually some accounts are taken down but good profit taken as well, just would be great to get a getter understanding of this MC019, understand the patrons that lead to this hit. In my previous experience I think that using the same pictures and wording led to the hit, but probably there are some other facts that people here have identified and could be helpful to avoid further suspensions.

If you sell VERO eventually you will get hit. Either by VERO members, VERO reps, your competition or the Ebay killbots. It is just part of the risk/rewards of selling VERO.
