I am actually all for calling ebay and getting a limit increase (provided there is nothing questionable about your account). With my accounts they see I have 100% feedback, good DSR, no buyer cases and give me a limit increase right away. Sometimes I also get a limit increase from ebay so that makes 2 increases in a month. It's great if you want to move faster with ebay.

rosalind, before you start over, try to pinpoint what got you linked in the first place, there's no point starting again if you do the same mistakes all over again.
If you can not wait for normal selling limit increases every 3 months, take the online quiz instead of calling in. It is just as hard to pass, but usually no problem if you fail.

I dont think so. I tried this on a new account and got limited asking for id right away.
Managed to get suspended again!
