Hi,
after 6 years on ebay with one account, they suspended me last week (during christmas season no less).

I have a simple question. I have bought ebaystealth (VERY HAPPY I DID BEFORE I CREATED ANOTHER ACCOUNT)

Why create another user setting on your computer? If you have to change IP address every time you change ebay accounts, how does going back and forth on users on the same computer?

I have other questions regarding ebaystealth....is this the right forum?

Sorry to hear they shut you down. You've came the right place.

You create new user accounts on your computer for a couple reasons....#1 so you keep all your cache/cookies for that particular user and #2 so it's easy to keep track of your account so you don't accidentally log into the wrong account with the wrong IP/username/etc. You still have to MAKE SURE you change your IP address before logging into two different accounts though.

Hope this helps a little. Everyone on this forum is here to help. I would recommend reading the book at least 3 times to make sure you have everything down, because one little slip up and that account is gone. PM if you need anything more info.

I understand everything but like the OP the IP addy thing seems somewhat difficult. I want to make a new account every week, is it possible to shuffle trough 10, 20,50 IP addresses?

EXTREMELY possible.
I use optimum/cablevision.
I have literally thousands of IP addresses and create around 5 accounts a week.

I suggest you purchase a USB dongle if you have a short range of IP addresses.
Just make sure you log your IP addresses down to ensure you do not cross accounts.

Or get aircard/hotspot from. I have an aircard from Sprint and have been using it for 8 months and I haven't once came across a duplicate IP.

So here is another question. I have all my pics and files on original user. When I created a new user, I cannot see my folders.

Is there an easy way to do this...or maybe just set up an external hardrive for my ebay selling?
