Angry Power Seller Banned????

Hello,

Today the day couldn't start better, but to finish even better my only stealth account got limited.

I heard my phone and was 2 messages from eBay, one that the listing has been removed " FIFA 13 BRAND NEW " bought on Black Friday. and another one saying that the account was limited.

i wonder why my account has been limited, my account is from January 2012 "almost a year old" and i was with a limit of 500 items or 53.000$ a month. i was selling about 3/4k a month.

i had some cases closed since my account was open about 50 cases 39 i won, 90% of the cases, buyer didn't pay for the auction.

Some days ago, i sold a CD KEY of guild wars 2 and they removed the listing, i stopped listing CD KEYS, and i listed FIFA 13 2/3 weeks after and got suspended today.

They want me to send documents, driver licence, utility bills, a whole bunch of stuff, and a proof of purchase i guess the receipt?

What should i do? forget about the account? send the receipt itself without any other documents? or call eBay and call them all the names i know? even being a power seller they don't care they just shut me down like that? i will get back up but this account was good any advice?
Thank you.

Thats what happened to my power seller account. I had a bunch of positive feedback, over 300 and only one bad feedback but had over 50 cases and I won most of it and one day they just gave me the boot. I had to move on and create other accounts and start back at the bottom again because I couldnt provide those information. Just give them a call its prob the best thing u can do right now.

50 cases? I think you need to take a serious look at your business model before selling again.

Even 10-11 cases in a year is a bit high. After 2 in one year ebay starts to look at you as a problem child. Part of that depends on how the cases close too (whether or not ebay had to issue a ruling and refund the buyer).

I would say forget about it and move on.
The cases were one thing, but once you sold the key, and they removed it, your account came under scrutiny by ebay. Then you listed the FIFA game, which is just too high a risk for them. Its a hot selling item.

If you want to try and save it, give them what they ask for. At this point you have nothing more to lose. But, due to the key, it might be a no win situation.

I would try and give them what they want. All that can happen is they say no, or more than likely if you give them everything they are requesting they will reinstate you.
