Don't know eBay Account Details

A few months ago, I purchased an eBay account. Over the past few weeks, I've sold on the account without problems. However, today when I tried to log in to my eBay account, I'm redirected to a page with a statement that indicates that, "I need to change my password by answering 2 questions". Furthermore, I'm also offered the option to verify by phone.

eBay prompts for my zip code, security question answer, and phone number. Unfortunately, neither me or the seller who sold me the eBay account knows the answer to the questions. I was however, able to recover the first and last name on the eBay account. Aside from that, I do not know anything else that may be of use in recovering my eBay account, besides the contingency that the email may end in @live.com. I knew from the start, that I should have taken a problem seeking approach. I should have wrote down the details before hand. I almost never fail to see things before hand and this was a rare exception. I won't make the same mistake again.

It's usually good to ask someone who has more experience than you for solutions to a problem. Since a profusion of members on this forum have had more experience with eBay than me, it's rational to ask members of this forum for data that can help me solve this predicament. Thus, the reason why I've created this topic. While I understand, that asking for help is not scientific, it is better than wasting time if someone already has a solution.

So does anybody have a solution?
