Cannot Relist/List New Item = Due to PP Unverified?
 

I never received a MC999 or MC019, no email from Ebay claiming suspension, no messages on my Ebay account --- I did everything right (New IP, Account Details, etc), after about one month of successful selling on my stealth account, I tried Relisting my item with slightly new details and photos, and I got the blocked message "Cannot list this item due to the item restrictions, or due to policy violations" -- WTF is this happening??
It was simply for a pair of Timberland boots -- no big deal -- I also tried listing other items and got the same error message...Anyone know why? Is it because my PP stealth info is unverified?

That category may only allow 1 listing per new account per monthly period. Common to see this and YES, unverified pp does not help your cause.

^But my limit is 10 items/$1000 (10/1000) and previous listings were last month.. Now that its December, the limits are reset (I listed nothing in Dec)...
Could it be that its due to not paying last month's seller fees yet, does ebay block new listings until the outstanding fees are paid?

that limit does not reset on the 1st of the month, it resets 30 days after you tried to list it the last time

Update: I can sell again on my stealth account -- it turns out that since I do not have a automatic charge for my seller fees -- i had an outstanding $5 due for seller fees so i was getting blocked --
Lesson learned, remember to pay your seller fees at the end of each month.

**do you guys pay ebay seller fees with your PP balance? or u use a prepaid debit card like vanilla visa?

I've been paying for my eBay seller fees with my PP balance for over a year now. No problems so far.
