how to open checking account with ING?

hey guys,
so to open checking account with ing, do i just go to ingdirect.com ?
which account is free with no hidden fees? which ones has hidden fees?
also, in paypal do i have to misspell ING for it to get accepted?

ING might not work with Paypal anymore. A few users are still okay adding it to Paypal, but most have there Paypal accounts limited when added. WaMu is working okay with Paypal and is just as easy to setup, also you might want to check with HSBC Direct. That'll work too, but the setup process is pretty long compared to ING and Wamu.

Yeah I don't think you can use ING anymore. Paypal does not see them as a legitimate bank.
