using sisters account ????
 

ok... so my 10000 feedback account is toasted due to dsr rating (they say permanantely due to 12 months of poor shipping... what do they expect when its hand made items!!) anyhow... so i'm thinking of using my sisters account and incorporating stealth ive read or glanced from the book.. so what should i be aware of?? so far this is the scenario

sold two items (nook and samsung tablet).. and both positive remarks.. it was originally linked with my paypal email but was month before my suspension. So reading stealth book.. im going to create new username on my pc .. clear cookies.. flash objects... and get new ip... and sign up paypal with my sisters ss# and use a new prepaid credit card for verification.. and get new phone number to be forwarded to me....

Is this something that will be a good stealth?? What more should i add or do.. ????

And since she lives with us... should i just leave the address or change that....

From what i understand .. this will end in tears.
Address you reside at will be flagged.
And you had it linked previously to your paypal which is also now flagged.
You will get away with it for a while but it will end.
May buy you enough time to build up a decent full stealth account ready to swap over once they catch up with the info.
And your sister will also lose the account so i hope she understands this.
And in answer to your last question good stealth .... NO not in the slightest ...

well... i was kind of hoping that.. several years back ebay was quite clever in my restrictions.. and i'm sure there 10x more smarter now.. i did get it linked but didn't get any emails from them.. but just uneasiness feeling makes me to abandon mission.. and for sisters account sake i should let it go... but if she sells goods sparingly its fine right i don't my activity tarnishing her account..

Don't use Family, Friends accounts.

Please, please, PLEASE avoid doing damage to your sister especially by using her SSN.

Your business plan is flawed. I would guess you want to go back to pretty much the same selling.

What have you done to prevent repeating errors?

'Glancing' at the book means nowt. It needs to be 2nd nature to you. That does not happen by 'glancing'.

Yes, the book did suggest using family/friends info. However the ebay platform changed along with paypal
It is not wise to use any info but your own.

Please reconsider your plan. Give yourself the satisfaction of making a good working account YOURSELF.

ok well im getting conflicted information since people are saying to read the book and follow it and others are stating to avoid family members name etc... im sure its common sense that i need to make here ..maybe the book needs some constant revision for the 40.00 price tag? ok im going to stop complaining im going take advice from people who've been there done that so book is good and so is your advices

Matters changed since the book was written.

The forum, on the whole, found using the family or friends info no longer suitable.

This was seriously considered & so we now advise this method.

Also electronics can be seen as high risk so selling these items right away with fresh eb/pp could raise alarms...

Also - use different address and please dont use family members' info...very easy to use made up info...if your family member gets blocked, she would not like it
