New MC999 Suspension
 

I have maintained a US Ebay account since 1997. 100% feedback / 472 rating. Last week I was notified that my account has been suspended and all listings have been removed. I called Ebay and was told that the suspension is indefinite due to low DSR ratings for communication and shipping times. I asked to speak to a supervisor who promised to investigate and call back. No call... Over the past few days I have spoken to 6 people regarding this situation. I was told that my account was referred to a "suspension specialist", but they can not allow me me to speak with the "specialist". I escalated to speak to another supervisor who told me that I could not speak with anyone else about this matter, Ebay has determined that I should not be allowed to sell on Ebay and that "we should go our separate ways".

My questions are:

How can I speak with someone at Ebay in a position of authority- this would be someone at level higher than a clerk or supervisor who answers the toll free number ?

I understand to go stealth I have to create a new ebay account, with an actual name, valid mailing address, valid phone number. I will also set up a new bank account and PayPal account that will link to this ebay account.

I am not sure about ip addresses however. Can I use an anonymous proxy server to hide my IP address ? Having to switch computers and juggle ip addresses is inconvenient for me.
