creating a stealth or buying a stealth account
 

Almost two years ago after my ebay and paypal accounts got suspended because of low dsrs, i create another ebay and paypal stealth accounts using the ebay stealth book, i started little by little selling with a limit of 10 items monthly, them my selling limit got increased until i reached the 200 limit increase, however my dsr got lower because of some negative feedbacks, despited of that limitation i continued selling my items and providing my services to my customers, until my ebay selling account got restricted.

I don't if if worth to create another ebay and paypal account or buy a stealth account, due to the fact paypal is requesting the ssn and id card
and i don't know if on a stealth account they require me a sssn
what should you recommend ?

As far as I'm aware you would still require a ssn but I am sure someone will confirm.
