Requesting Reinstatement via Fax

Does anyone get a response to the Reinstatement Request via fax? If so, how long does it take? I faxed a request for reinstatement 10 days ago, still havent heard anything.

Send them in again and shoot them an email.
Due to the holidays, they may have just fallen behind.

how long does it generally take? Im reluctant to send an email regarding the fax as they state on the form that it might slow down the process...

it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks.

If it is eBay you are cool. If it is PayPal it is a lost cause.

Sadly the reply is how long is a piece of string.

Some users have had rapid replies within days.

Others have been left waiting.

The part of that (stupid) form I have never liked is it tries to bully users into thinking they should make no follow up call.

Your stated time frame is longer than you should wait. Can you not consider calling or are there other issues?
