i got this on my account just now ebay asked me to call about activity on my account i was selling otter box cases i have a shop where i buy items these cases are 100% authentic but when she asked where i get my items the address for my shop i use for another account so i told her i sold at a swap meet which was stupid she immediately removed the listings saying she had concerns they werent authentic now they want receipts would it be ok if i used amazon receipts?

No. It would not be okay to use amazon receipts.

I'm also wondering to know why its not safe to use amazon receipts for this? I've heard some people use it.

Why is not safe to receive receipt? I don't know reason.If anybody tell ,it will be appreciate

well it was only a few cases i sold and i used amazon receipts . anyway its a new account under 90 days old so i wanted to see if it would work if it doesnt i have others theres no money in the paypal account so if it kills im good i'll keep you guys posted

they removed the restriction earlier today so everything is good now

eB can be on to the fact that Az receipts are so generic...best to make your own provider company :thumb:

yea in the future thats what i will probably do but in this case it worked so alls well
