why my ebay account still got linked to another suspended account? any ideas?

my new ebay account has been limited forever because it got linked by my old suspended ebay account. but what i dont understand is. the registered info for my new account is totally different from the old one and i no longer log into my old ebay account....i also clean up all my cookies and change IP address everytime b4 and after i logged into my ebay...so im pretty puzzle how ebay will know they are relative....

Did you link to the old paypal account?

Are you using another windows user account for the new account?

Did you change pictures, picture titles and pictures server location in auctions and redo auction descriptions?

Are you opening up email from new ebay account with the pictures enabled under old IP?

my paypal access has also been limited, because they need me to provide them with a supplier contact information, this was the day before my ebay account got suspended. on the same day, ebay didnt allow me to list any items because my paypal account got restricted then the next day, they suspended my ebay account....

im in australia...and i really frustrated with the new ebay policy...seller account must link to a verify paypal account and can't accept bank deposit anymore....

i dont know use the same photos will let my account got suspended because i have opened a new account in photobucket to save my photos. but i did upload the same pic from my pc..is that the way ebay tracked my account?

Usually if your paypal is limited, your ebay account gets suspended. That is the most likely
reason. Bank deposits are allowed still in Australia. paypal has been forced to keep that
in practice until mid July.

When they sent you the suspension notice....did it specifically say your other accounts user ID and they linked it to it???

yes, they did say they suspended my account because it link to another suspended account. does that mean i got zero chance to lift my account?

Yes i always get this too. I really dont know how it happens at all! I edit photos etc, but am not sure at all. Maybe the way you contact customers to tell them item has been delivered.

Either way there is a positives side to all this, we run away from ebay FEES :D

LOL that's the way to think of it. But with so many of us abandoning our eBay fees, I have a feeling they're gonna change up their system soon

Yes if they suspend you indefinitely its best to move on...Ive never had any luck lifting a linked suspension...
