Here's a New One
 

I got suspended over the weekend for some crazy stuff. The previous owner of my house got suspended. Then they suspended me for being linked to a suspended account (my address) The only reason I know it was the previous owner was his account was his name. Ebay will not reinstate my account for something somebody I dont even know did. So I made a new account. I hope this one sticks.

That sucks! EBay is mad! As long as you're careful about not linking accounts, you'll be okay. Good Luck!

Wow, you better tell the owner to get reinstated. If I were you I would tell him too. But ouch. What was your owner doing??

The guy I bought my house from was suspended for an unpaid item strike. I talked to him today about it. If the seller removes the unpaid item strike, and his account made ok, will mine be ok?

Hm, well it depends Ive seen things like this alrdy. Once he gets reinstated. Im not sure if they reinstate your other account automaticly (i doubt it) You would most likely have to send fax documents of your account info and add a note somewere about it. What I would do.

I followed the the steps on the forum to make a new account tonight. I did not bother to chance my ip address though, as I am connected through the local library down the road. I did find alot of temp. internet files on my computer. I deleted them all, and opened an email from ebay under my suspended account. I did not have any cookies, but quite a few temp internet files (mostly images) on my computer. I don't know if they can track me that way, but I deleted them all anyway. I did talk to one person on live help named abigail p. She told me that t+s is there 24/7 and can respond immidiatley, but don't. I was told it is about a week between emails on the average if I want to try to get my account back up. They did not even offer to have me send in documents, but just said I was gone for good. Gotta love when they suspend you with 100% good feedback and no problems. I do keep getting emails from ebay under my suspended account inviting me to list items for cheaper, or things like that. wierd to me...

Most eBay suspensions are automated, so if you do something they don't like, the system will automatically suspend you. Unfortunately the system seems to ban for nonsense like this. And thus this forum has been created to help you, an eBay user by pass and learn more about the system.

I don't have a point here, so I'll end with.. Beat the system, and stick it to the man!
