what are the chances of getting back to selling on ebay after getting restricted to only buying.

The account that was suspended will not be able to be fixed.

Get the stealth and fix it.

Once eBay decides to shut you down, it is NEVER reversed for any reason. So you need to start over with plan "B"

Not a high percentage but many including myself got indefinite accounts back with some work.

Also depends why you were suspended etc.

You dont need the stealth book depending on why the account was suspended. I called them, ask for the supervisor and pleaded for about 30min and I got back to selling

That goes straight to NO1 of todays most ridiculous answers.
What worked for you does not mean it will work for others .
ANYONE using ebay and paypal one day will visit this forum .
To say they dont need a guide to tell them how to sell again is just crazy .
Multiple people allready headed the OP in correct direction , without stealth you will fail .. pure and simple .
And to learn it correctly you need the guide not picking up a few pointers on a forum.
