I had a power seller account that was suspended last year due to "VERO" i sold dvds from funimation. So i was confused as to why i was being closed down. Needless to say i got the suspended indefinately email. So stupid me, not knowing how ebay worked started useing my other ebay account and got that banned as well. Needless to say i havent been selling for awhile. So i filed a appeal and got the message again suspended indefinately for vero and useing another account while one was suspended. So i again filed another appeal stateing iam a authorised reseller with funimation and that i can prove such. So i got a email tonight saying if funimation retracts its Notice of Claimed Infringement they will review my account suspension for
possible reinstatement. So iam going to call funimation tomorrow and see if i can get this cleared up. I have been registered with funimation for over 2 years so iam hopeing they will send ebay a email to clear this up. Does anyone think i have a chance? Thank you

Yes you do have a chance. Are Fumination the ones who had you suspended in the first place? If so you should have a 50/50 chance but using another account may have blown your chance ? :)

well try but dont have your hopes up because you went against ebays TOS then and made a new acount and got caught :(

I hear ya. The other account i used was one that i had been selling on at the same time. I didnt make it when i got suspended , but i did use it and i know now i wasnt allowed. So i will continue with this appeal and hope for the best.

In 2005 I was in a similar situation. They reinstated the 1st account but left the other accounts which I opened after they shut me down, they left those NARU.

Ill keep everyone posted on what happens, my contact at navarre should have more info for me tomorrow july 2nd.Though navarre owns funimation my contact has to talk to someone at funimation.

I got a email today from the company requesting ebay reinstate my account. And they have dropped the claims of copyright. WHat do you think my chances are now to get reinstated?

Whats the odds on getting this account back? 50/50 ??
