difference in new account set ups.

i set up 2 new accounts:
one asked for phone # and address, the other didn't. whats the difference? is one more prone to issues? Ie, if the address /phone # is on record longer, does that help?

No issues - just a random mechanism that kicks in. I would not overanalyze. I am sure that more information helps the account security.

I make account all the time and get a different look a lot when registering info.
