eBay Sleuth how do I get access

I bought ebay sleuth via doing one of the offers to get it for free. I was supposed to gain instant access and that was yesterday. So my question is how do I access it. I really need to get back on.

other people tell me they got it instantly. I got only 1 e-mail from real player. is it supposed to be in that e-mail or do you get a second e-mail as well? I have e-mailed the super administator and the owner and have gotten no reply back yet. I am getting very frustrated.
