Paypal limited. Will I get suspended if I pay my ebay fees

So my paypal account was limited permanently do to having a lot of sales too quickly. So now I don't have the money to pay my ebay fees or for all of the items that were shipped. Will ebay suspend my account for having a limited paypal account and if so I'm wondering will they will wait until after I pay my fees to suspend me?

Ebay will eventually suspend the ebay account once the fees become past due.

eBay will suspend the account once the fees are passed due, however they will remove the suspension once those fees are paid. But tread lightly with that account.
