1 Ebay Account - 2 Computers
 

My ebay accounts were suspended. I accessed them from my home and from the computer on my desk at work.

I opened another account on a different computer at work and it is up and running just fine for over a week now.

At home, I changed the IP address on the computer, deleted cookies, deleted browsing history, etc. The computers at the job are all networked so I don't want to mess with the IP address there so I know I can't access the open account from my desk. I go into the room where the computer is where I set up the currently open account to transact business.

Am I safe accessing the open account on the work computer from my home computer now that I have changed the IP address?

Make sure everything is cleared. You should be fine.

Very important that you clean both computers and then only use that particular computer for that particular account and make sure you do not criss cross them like many have.
Otherwords, think before you log in and make sure your not logging into the wrong account.
You should be good to go if you get everything in line.

Am curious, this is mean 1 IP for 1 eBay ID????

You don't want to use the same IP for multiple eBay accounts; there is a good chance the accounts will link.

Also silentnyt, do a search for flash cookies, be sure to clear those out as well.

silentnyt. make sure your running firefox and set it properly. they cant detect your movements then. they even log you tiimes of login and logout and habits. that also leaves a signature.

The IP address at your work is most likely a static IP and it will never change.

So, make sure you don't use your 2nd account while you are at work. otherwise .... :p:p:p
