IP tracking

I know IPs can be tracked to your location. I have an second address which is around 50kms from where i live,(where i log in). Can i use this address, will ebay check my IP with my address, and under what circumstances.

IP tracking can never pin point an exact location, only an approximate. Of course using government/military software/hardware and authority, it's possible, but that's another issue.

If your IP is different from both houses, then ebay will see it as a different user. Just don't log into two accounts on the same IP, or they MIGHT be linked together.
