So what is the safe zone in terms of new accounts?
 

Here is what I've done. New checking account, new paypal account linked to new checking account, new ebay acct linked to new pp acct., New phone number, new address (same town, same area code), got rid of all my pictures, new pictures being hosted by auctiva, which I have never used to host pictures. So, auctions don't look ANYTHING like my old auctions (wrote my own html code), AND I'm not selling things I was selling prior to suspension. Oh, and every time I sign out of firefox my cookies and stuff are wiped out. And every time Iime I am going to log into ebay I make sure I have a fresh ip.
So, with all of that being said.....is there some magical number of days when you can hope you are probably safe again? I mean, if I'm up and running, and don't do anything else like open other accounts, etc., and i stay up for a month or whatever, should I consider myself safe from being associated with my suspended accounts?

You're never safe. No eBay account lasts forever. If you can live with that, you'll be fine :)
