eBay account suspended VeRO ( Trademark )
 

I was selling lightning cable. And got suspended.

Before I got removed a few listing ( Which I put lighting word on the listing )
After that I removed all the "Lightning" and "Apple"
I was keep selling over a month without problem.
But last week. My eBay account got "blocked". Also my PayPal account.

For this case. It is possible to get back my eBay account?

I have received this before. When the listing still have "Lightning" and "Apple" words.
But nothing happen after I removed those words.

They keep history of what you have been doing. It doesn't take too long for them to notice your tricks and see you have total disregard for their warnings. So, they swing back harder. Unless it's a 30 day warning, which I highly doubt since you clearly have had repeat offenses, this account is gone. Time to st/ealth and come correct with your deceitful ways or stick with your coun/ter/feiting and never last more than a few hours on EB/PP.

It's not a trademark violation as long as you specify in the listing that these aren't made by Apple & don't include "Lightning" in the title.

They shouldn't of removed you again as I got the same exact warning and relisted instantly without it and it kept going for almost 2 months now

Some of the biggest sellers on eBay sell these items... Just specify they're generic cables as Apple doesn't own the rights to generic cables only the "Lightning" trademark

I have the same answer over the phone when I call the hotline. They can't see what's going wrong on the listing removed. But still my account is suspended now.

I already emailing ebay's vero department. Do you have any suggestion about what I can do ?

All up how many times have you gone on listing this item and getting listings removed?

Over what time frame has this happened?

How old is your account with the number of feedbacks?

2 times but I have around 100 lightning cable listings
1st time removed 2x and removed all the rest listing with lightning
2nd time removed 2x listing w/o lightning word

Happen in 6 weeks


My account is 1 year old. And with 9xx feedback

Since that is 4 notices of restrictions to your listings and in a very short time frame, that account is moving towards death.

It's all very well for the lower level ebay to say they can not see reasons. But you are under seller performance & your enemy is Apple. Account is not in good standing

You can kiss this account goodbye and move towards backups if you have any.

Change your business thoughts with a different product line.

Thanks for the info. About get a stealth account. I'm facing a problem. Because I'm in HK.
And all the account for sale is under US, UK or CA. Which I do not have a bank account in that area.

Any suggestion?

Make a local stealth account first.

Get used to operating with your own account. Stealth takes practice

Then venture further.

I also have constantly high feedback, I'm at 99.4% (Got a neg for no reason wasn't my fault)
Maybe feedback wise they don't like you
