Hello, read the hole book and it's very helpful, but need some more advises, ii is safe to use diferrent adress, ip adress and eveerything else but that same Last name or no? Also would like to ask if i can prove everything of account is it safe to start selling imidiatly after creating account, it's new place new pc newnetwork and everything else but the Last name is same i would sell from my father account is it safe?

Simply alter the last name slightly :) it works well

as long as it is not linked in any way to a suspended account then you should be good to go.

Dont try to list immediately after created the account. Wait at least 3 to 4 week and try some small amount like $5. Unless you want super express suspension from eBay.
