check email of old ebay account?
 

Hi all, if I checked email for my old e bay account's only in mail box(hotmail), while I am in the new account's IP address, but different computer user, will my new account be linked to that account just by checking the email they sent to my old e bay id? thanks!!!!!

As long as you just read the email and dont click any links in it you should be OK.

one more question please,
with the new IP address, if I log in to my paypal account linked to my old ebay account, would that be a problem?

Yes it is. If you use old and new accts on same ip you are asking for the ban hammer to come down on you.

I still need to send a refund to a customer, that's y I still need to log in to the old pay pal account.. what if I do it in a public computer? not using my own, is that ok?
