Hi !
Just want to share with you my experience with my suspended Ebay account.
After i tried to relist same item multiple times, Ebay decided to suspend my account indefinitely and they told me that i represent a risk for Ebay community and the decision is unappealable.
I think i spoke more than 10 times with Customer Service to reinstate my account....no chance !
Finally i decided to close the account and i asked Ebay to start the closure procedure.
It takes 30 days until the account is closed and erased.
Meantime, you can change your mind and ask Ebay to cancel the closure procedure.
This is what i did...
First Customer representative told me that this is not possible because my account was suspended and won't be reinstated.
Then, i tried to call Ebay UK Customer Service and... Surprise ! They reinstated my account with no buying or selling restriction, thanking me for the decision to continue using Ebay :)
Now, i am more than happy to use again my 20 years old account.
So, my advice for you is to don't give up and try calling different Ebay Customer Service from UK, Ireland or US.
Someone will help you for sure in the end. |
