i want to create a stealth account have everything i think

• Create new user account on PC
• Have Different Bank and ATM card
• Using PO Box Address
• Have Dynamic IP Addres can change within Second

My only problem i dont have a Family SSN what if they MC999s my account and ask me to verify my SSN what will i say

i just want to make a few 3-4 and leave them on reserve

ebay shouldn't ask for ssn, that is not supposed to be a form of identification but it seems to be abused now a days. paypal can ask because they have that loophole like banks do so they have access to your personal credit, believe me there are a few loopholes we can jump through and my stealth account both ebay and paypal are still safe!

No one should be using someone elses SSN to begin with.

And you wont be asked for SSN in most cases if you spread your sales out over many accounts.

MC999 usually comes when you sell too quick on an account or sell risky items on a new account.

Both can be avoided.
