Credit Card Name
 

Can i use a credit card of mine, different card from old account, but still has my name and adress connected to it.
can i put bogus name + address connected to this card or when money is deposited it will show billing information.

Ebays AVS system will check your address, so it must match whats on the credit card. You should be able to change your name no problem. But, they will probably reject your old address. I suggest you get a PCC

Trust me I have tried this several times.

You're usually able to chance the address slightly, adding street, drive, etc to it. Or changing one or two numbers of the address. This should work 90% of the time.

I have changed the name sucessfully on for my own account.

Not sure what my problem is but my PCC will not work for setting up a sellers account. I just tried. The card is still good but ebay will not accept it. I hate to buy another PCC just to have it not work either and waste the $ to get it. What should I do.

I'd like to know this too. Is anyone else finding this problem suddenly? I'm about to buy a card, but I won't if the cards aren't working now.

By the way EBayEmployee, can you help with this? I've been trying to email a bidder on an auction and the system keeps restricting me. The system is supposed to reset every 24 hours correct? I've been trying unsuccessfully for 3 days now, well counting the weekend. Do you have to have a minimum number of feedback or something to get past that restriction, is it just blind luck, or is there a workaround perhaps? Thanks
