How long is it safe to put off paying your bill?

Right now my main ebay account has a credit card that well I changed the number.

So if eBay tries to bill the card, they'll find it's bad. If ebay does find it bad, will they suspend me or give my account a bad flag?

Or can I wait until day 15 to 20 to pay my bill?

Jones it's like you never used eBay before. :)

You know they'll first place limits on your account, then they'll eventually suspend you until your balance is paid. If you're late for a payment, I believe it's an instant limit on your account which means you can't buy or sale until you pay your balance, other then that, it's just a matter of time before they suspend you for non payment.

And they'll almost always unsuspend you after your balance is paid, unless you were suspended for other reasons then non-payment.

People on this forum have said that they're able to pay their bill a month late each month and then only pay a small portion and keep on selling.

You gots about a week after being notified that your card is bad, then they come break your legs.

It works like this: Let's say you pay one month. The next month, you don't pay (declined card, bank account no good, paypal account closed, etc) You're ok until next month, when they will block you from listing. You're suspended 31 days later (the average month) if you don't pay the overdue balance. Basically if you're over by a month, they block you. Two months you're suspended. I'm not sure what you're doing Modee, but I've always had to pay the overdue 30 days account to avoid the suspension. Are you saying that once you ARE suspended, making a small payment gets you back on? I was under the impression that once you're suspended, all fees would have to be paid before the suspension was lifted. That's what ebay's told me anyway.
