Default still cant get my ebay account up and running

hey guys, I successfully opened an ebay account, and when i tried to sell they told me they want to call. when they call me, i get the pin, but when i enter it, it says "we are experiencing technical difficulties." i have been trying to sell for a month now and it keeps saying the same "technical difficulties". have any of you successfully verified your phone number within the past few days? did anyone get any errors like me?

I believe it was on Monday I verified my phone number and it worked fine.

When Ive not been able to verify on site- I have used live chat to verify..
They will send you a LINK that u can use anytime..
(Be careful using live chat)

As EBHL says, if you go to Live Chat, make sure you have all details with you. Have password and everything else that is yours. But do go carefully. Sadly there are times when Live Chat must be used.

Something along these lines:

"Hallo I am Mister Ed or whatever the name is. Can you help me with a problem about my phone? {hold on while agent brings up details}. Answer questions to VERIFY your ID. Follow what they say, act dumb/new. Go slow with them. Be so grateful they are helping you. Follow my drift?"

Default well, i did contact them once

i did do exactly what you said, but they said it has nothing to do with them and they told me i will need to contact Trust and Safety.
