Hey anyone know if you can...
 

pay for a gift card with your bank account funds? I just opened a new account last week, and forgot my other card is now useless to pay for anything and my paypal funds are running low. So now I either have to wait for my new card and pin to arrive, and then of course activate it, before I can use the card to pay, or transfer funds from my bank account to my paypal. I guess that's ok for ebay fees, but I also have to pay for some auctions won, and I doubt they'll be waiting another week for payment! Is there any way to pay for Simon or any other of these gift cards places without a check card or paypal? I'm in a rock in a hard place and can use some guidance. Thanks :)

Simon giftcards require a verified by Visa card if you have that and you should get it within 12 hours or so.

You should be able to pay anything using your Paypal account, since it's attached to your bank account. Only though the payments will be e-checks, which will takes a few days to clear, even longer since the weekend is coming up.

Oh if they don't accept e-checks.. why not go to giftcard.com to get a card?

Do the giftcards work exactly like a credit card in being able to put them on your paypal account and draw money from them? I'm still trying to figure out how I can pay for these items through paypal when I don't have the money needed in paypal. Yeah I know, should have thought of that first. Believe me, this wouldn't be happening if I hadn't had to cancel my other credit card out of the blue. Yet another reason why I need these virtual cards.

Does Simon have a phone number for customer service? Can't find one.

ehh, I had simon's number, they called me one day to verify a card.. I lost it though.. :(

how do you register a simon card on ebay with no visa logo or expire date or code on back?

When you get the simon gift account, you receive an expiration date and the 3 digit code that is usually on the back of a credit card.

i got the card through my emai and it just has the numbers on the front. do i have to get the card switched to plastic and sent to my house in order to get a visa logo with an expiration date?

The card they send to your email will work fine. It should have everything you need to sign up through eBay.
