Am I even suspended?
 

Okay. So.

I've possibly confused a PayPal siche for following across the board. I'll try to keep my explanation short since by nature I'm talkative.

Years ago I made a sale to someone in Australia. The item was +700USD. They received it, and then successfully disputed a chargeback on me. Effectively keeping the item and getting their money back while leaving me in turmoil.

Effect, my Paypal account remained in the red until it was sent to collections. NOW. The ebay account I once had linked to this, I unlinked immediately. My feedback is 100% and though I'm a small fry I had established a myself a bit so I'd like to keep this account. I checked it recently via my cell phone and luckily remembered the password.

No fees due, no messages from ebay, it's just sitting there it appears ready for use. Maybe I possibly don't know what to look for, still no Paypal linked. All feedback intact.

I believe I last used it in maybe 2008-09. I have yet to log in from my laptop. Or from my current address. Only via mobile with privacy surfing active.

I'm wondering how to proceed.

ALSO; Paypal every so often send email to me asking me to update my expired CC. Now this can either be phishing or legit, or an attempt to collect. But I believe that what I owe is gone to a collection agency so PayPal direct wouldn't be attempting to reel me in like that right?

Dont waste time on such naive thoughts.

You have damaged accounts.

Crank them into life and prepare to be zapped.

Start again new in stealth.

That eBay is all but dead now. Start on creating new stealth EB accounts

I don't see the harm from following all stealth procedures and logging on from a new user acct. and trying it? What is there to loose? I am learning here that strange things do happen from time to time.

Your eB account seems alive but it's bad because any PP account tied to it will likely be killed. Stop mucking around in this mess. Deal with collections and make new stealth UNLINKED accounts.

So I just need to succeed in my first stealth account. I'm sure it's more simple than I'm building it to be in my head. I did however change my IP without realizing it.

So I am a few steps in without knowing possibly that I am.

I just would like to possibly still test this account for curiosity sake. Maybe collect funds without using PayPal, Moneybookers possibly or some other outlet until I'm restricted to my new stealth only account.

I don't move a lot of items, just an occasional seller of, oops, what have you done you over spending wretch you have that in 2 colors already. It's a bit more than that, but mainly where I go to keep from standing in the return line so often.
