Well I did all the steps
Changed IP
Different Email
Different Name and CC
Did not setup paypal.
The only thing I can think I did was list a similar new item but with a different discription, picture and what not. Because right after I did that, I came back home and it was gone.

I don't think it's that, though it can be. Did you clean your flash cookies? Not the regular cookies...the nasty ones, the flash cookies.

I've found eBay tends to try to link less on generic abusing ebay for new members as maybe they think the address and phone are ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

you didnt delete your cookies in your internet browswer. They tracked you that way.

The same thing happen to me yesterday. I use a fresh user id on my computor and all new info. It could one of three things either the vumber or gift card(A.Access), or selling to soon. My system was clean(as far I know of) when it comes to cookies and history etc. Or maybe it was combination of all three. Don't know.

I got 5 ebay account suspended at same day. Followed all steps clearly but still got busted.

Same day five accounts equals LINKED accounts
